SEN & Specialist Support Roles
We place dedicated SEND support staff, school counsellors and specialist practitioners in schools and colleges across the UK.
About the Role
Working with children and young people who have special educational needs and disabilities is one of the most rewarding — and most demanding — roles in education. It requires patience, empathy, specialist knowledge and a genuine commitment to making a difference for every individual student.
Surecall Education works with mainstream and specialist schools, pupil referral units and alternative provision settings to find the right people for SEND and specialist support roles. We also recruit school counsellors, ELSA practitioners, pastoral support staff and other specialist roles that require specific training and experience.
