About the Role

Surecall Education works with schools across the UK to fill both temporary and permanent support staff positions at all levels, from general classroom assistants to HLTAs working closely with teachers to deliver lessons.

Who We Want to Hear From

What We Look For

  • Previous experience working in a school or educational setting (desirable)

  • A caring, patient and proactive approach

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

  • An enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one

  • Right to work in the UK

Formal qualifications are not always essential — the right attitude and a genuine commitment to supporting young people are just as important to many of our client schools.
